Advancing your career search comes from realizing three major aspects – People, Process and Product. The most important aspect of these is knowing that you are the Product. You need to sell yourself, your services and your Personal Brand. While the term “personal branding” was first introduced in the high-flying 90’s when the vision was transformative technology available everywhere at any time, now that vision has become our 21st century reality where competition for the best talent is fierce, especially for executives in transition. This session will explore insights about Personal Branding and important tips and lessons learned from Murdock’s transition from CIO to Business Development Exec to Executive search partner.
