In this session, Jeff will share stories and examples of how NOT to create and lead a an effective organization. Participants will be encouraged to reflect upon prior personal missteps, and candidly share some of their experiences with other peer leaders.
Jeff Lovejoy, VP of Sales, LAM Technology
Jeff Lovejoy is a self-proclaimed “student of leadership,” with a wide array of experiences collected over two decades of building and leading teams. Since his first role as a frontline sales manager, and through his evolution to mid-level to senior-level positions, Jeff has endeavored to generate consistent results by building great organizations and making a lasting impact on the people inside them. Jeff believes strongly in the principles of servant leadership, and although far from perfect, he seeks to create a legacy by living and leading according to those values. Jeff is the VP of Sales for LAM Technology, a Texas-based IT consulting & supplier-sourcing firm that works with clients to design, deploy and support IT infrastructure solutions.
