Studies show up to 70% of our communication is nonverbal. Yet most of us do not know how to read visual cues from other people nor are we aware of the messages our own body language is sending. Harnessing the power of body language makes us more emotionally intelligent, creates more awareness and opens doors to more effective communication and relationship building in our professional and personal lives. This highly-interactive session will focus on creating awareness of body language and provide several easily adaptable skills attendees can adopt and put into immediate practice.
