Building a Work Culture

April 13 @ 9:45 am - 10:15 am

Leaders have a stewardship responsibility to build and sustain a compelling work culture. We all want to be in the middle of vital work, to be a part of a winning community, to be personally valued and to grow. But as leaders, how do we execute on this desire? This session will provide a meaningful framework for leaders to follow that will help create and sustain a compelling work environment. Participants will be able to assess their work environment against the presented framework and then select action steps that best address possible opportunities for improvement.
