Letting Go

April 13 @ 9:45 am - 10:15 am

We find ourselves in situations out of our control both at home and work – bad relationship, loss of spouse, sick or difficult child, bad boss, merger, blocked career path, work overload. The stress can impact our physical and emotional health. If we can’t control the situation, how can we relieve the stress and gain some control over the situation? How can we move forward and possibly even come out ahead? During this thoughtful session, participants will explore the benefits and practices of letting go.
